Sales is a bridge that connects customers and the company

I had no knowledge of silk and textiles, but soon after I joined the company as an overseas sales position, I was in charge of POLO Ralph Lauren. While feeling the power of “manufacturing”, one of the world’s leading brands, I was nervous every day trying desperately to meet their high-level demands.

However, there was a reliable team of yarn professionals around me. So I worked hard to tell everyone on the team exactly what POLO directors and designers wanted us to do. And they responded with the best performance and overwhelming sense of speed. POLO was surprised and pleased with “That ’s miracle!”.

However, they then put pressure on me like a idiom, “Ken! Make a miracle, please!”. However, that is still my starting point.

Nothing can be done by the power of one sales person. However, there are many things that Hasegawa corporation can do. Being unreasonable is regarded as an unchanging joy as a business, and as a communicator, it becomes a bridge between customers and Hasegawa corporation.
