Also, by actively hiring experienced staff with outstanding technical knowledge
and skills and experience of machine operation we are also working to share skills and information.
We provide concrete and effective technical instruction in Japan and overseas
with the aim to achieving high quality craftsmanship at every stage of the production process.

Results of introducing advanced equipment
After 2000, based on a policy of conducting integrated manufacturing in-house, we installed advanced machinery and equipment in order to increase our production volume and achieve higher processing quality.

Examples of recently introduced equipment
Murata MACH corner : Murata MACH corner with air splicer & uster quantum was installed and we started quality recheck and remake of our incoming and outgoing products.New Circular Knitting Machines：New Circular Knitting Machines: In 2007 we installed various machines from Fukuhara. Our own developed knitting jersey was able to be produced and establish a production structure that can respond to the many requests for new products that we receive.
Murata PROCESS corner：Murata PROCESS corner with water splicer & uster quantum. We installed this to remake the raw white and dyed yarn to achieve high quality.
Design Systems：We installed design system software suitable for 3D virtual simulations (Shima Seiki SDS ONE-APEX) and 10 latest automatic knitting machines to start developing products using our stock yarn.

In cases overseas designers request “we want something new”, we immediately develop samples and send them in a short time. We call this “miracle moment” and our motto is not to let these “miracle moment” go.By managing whole develop processes in one place; we are making our priority to respond in full to those opportunities.
