almost all of our staff are involved in one item in some way.
As the celebration of our 60th anniversary in 2025,
the president Yoko Hasegawa has started “Silk on a journey” project
which she visits all over Japan to connect with customers by herself.
Pop-up store
Dramatic “Limited neck warmer in 47 colors”
We have created a neck warmer for this project from our highest grade spun silk yarn BON120 which clients in Europe have been using for many years. 47 image colors for each prefecture were chosen for this project, so we only have a limited quantity of this item.
The brushed yarn named “KOHARU” produced from above mentioned BON120 is used for this item and is surprising people who touch the products because of its softness like cashmere. Our special neck warmer will gently envelop your neck.
Challenge “Let’s knit a circle together♪”
We would like customers to knit the circle bigger and bigger. This is a magnificent project involves all over Japan to know how large we can make it at last. We have a multiplied BON120 for the hand knitting yarn, crochet hook and chair at the site. If you are a beginner, you can check our original movie before knitting. To enhance the mood, we bring the circle and tools with a suitcase.
Waku-Waku “ZANSHI SOCKS”
When we produce our items, we cannot avoid some small cones left. The socks are produced from these small cones of our highest grade silk BON. This is the reason every single sock has different patterns and colors. Let’s find your only one pair of socks in the world.
Waku-Waku “Style free silk warmer”
Style free silk warmer is a popular item at our events. Brand new three colors will be presented only for this “silk on a journey”. Just right after you put this silk warmer on wrist or ankle, you will be caught soon in the warmth of silk. Cut your favorite color in your favorite length.
