I’m responsible for managing the production of our products. My main duties span a wide range of tasks, including coordinating delivery schedules with customers, tracking progress with the yarn production team, ordering materials, and managing inventory for our in-house items. Because each product involves a variety of different materials, flexible thinking and detailed, careful management are essential.
Close collaboration with the sales team and our partner companies is also a key part of the job, so strong communication skills are a must. When working with OEM products, I often need to understand the customer’s intentions precisely — and sometimes make bold decisions. These situations can be high-pressure, but I see them as some of the most rewarding aspects of the role.
There are tasks that can’t be handled alone, but by sharing information and working closely as a team, we’ve always been able to push through. I feel a real sense of achievement and purpose — especially when we successfully launch a challenging new product or manage to meet a tough delivery deadline.
I’m also inspired by the company’s positive, forward-looking atmosphere. In this environment, I hope to deepen my knowledge of yarns and knits and continue striving each day to help create even better products.
