The warehouse was renovated into a silk product manufacturing building“KNIT PARK”.
Twenty-three knitting machines in three locations and
finishing processes dispersed in four locations have been consolidated
into a knit park.
At the knit manufacturing site, the travel time of workers can be
reduced by 30% or more. Visualization of workers and machines also has
the effect of facilitating communication. Silk knit products are highly
rare, and few companies can carry out integrated production from yarn to
final products.
They are also planning to expand the sales channels of pet products,
such as opening their first store in Japan’s largest pet event “11th
Interpet” which will start on April 1.
At overseas exhibitions, they aim to export knit products for the first
time. Spread proposals to existing overseas yarn customers, mainly in
Europe, the United States, and China, such as Germany, France, and
Italy. This year, we will accelerate the development of sales channels
at once.
