From April 9, 2022, we will start a new store-visiting service that introduces 1to1 products online and is close to customers, similar to “SHOP HASEGAWA”.

“Teach me! Silk Sommelier” is a new service that allows customers to interact with shop clerks while checking products in real time without visiting the store directly.

① Those who use the shop for the first time, those who are far away, who cannot go out, those who want to refrain from going out, etc. can come to the shop safely and securely.
(2) Styling advice according to the customer’s hobbies, lifestyle such as work, and taste. There is also a service to coordinate with your home clothes and to have the staff try on your clothes on your behalf.
(3) Silk sommelier with specialized knowledge will propose the most suitable products for customers’ various health and beauty concerns by using “Silk Personal Diagnosis”.

The reason for starting this service was that the details of the product could not be communicated via the Internet or telephone orders, and both the clerk and the customer had the experience of being impatient. Using mobile phones, tablets, and computers, we will carefully introduce materials, sizes, and details that are difficult to convey in images.

<Service overview>
・ Up to 30 minutes per person for 4 people a day with advance reservation (Saturday and Sunday only).
・ The customer’s camera function can be turned off.
