Factory renovation to face materials, interact with machines, and infuse products with love
\n-Silk professional Hasegawa corporation “KNIT PARK” completed- <\/p>\n

We completed “KNIT PARK” on December 24, 2021 as a culmination of factory renovation to improve the efficiency of final product line work in our own factory. <\/p>\n

In this renovation, the processes that were dispersed in 7 locations have been consolidated into 1 location in order to improve the efficiency of line work. We secured a flow line from the entrance to the exit, connected the flow of goods and the flow of people in the shortest distance, improved productivity, and put the whole process together. Great improvements can be expected in operational efficiency and quality stability. <\/p>\n

The interior, which the female staff is particular about, is bright and clean. We arranged green to relieve tension and made it a space where employees can work calmly. When entering the room, change your shoes to prevent dirt from coming in from the outside, which is unique to women. <\/p>\n

We knit the whole piece with the latest computer flat knitting machine, process it to bring out the characteristics of the material, and finish it carefully. <\/p>\n

We face the materials, interact with the machines, infuse the products with love, and by the hands of many people, HASEGAWA’s knit products are completed with this “KNIT PARK”. <\/p>\n
