Hasegawa corporation (Ichinomiya City, Aichi Prefecture), which handles high-quality natural fibers, began selling masks using the finest silk yarn on the EC site in February. Some sites are so popular that they are sold out.

Hasegawa corporation knits the finest silk yarn made in Japan into knitted jersey fabric with its own circular knitted machine and uses that fabric as a mask. <\/p>\n

They have developed two types, \u201cSilk smooth mask\u201d and \u201cHandmade mask kit\u201d. <\/p>\n

“Silk smooth mask” is a three-dimensional finished product that is carefully sewn at a cooperative factory in Mie Prefecture. All the fabrics are made of knitted jersey. <\/p>\n

“Handmade Silk Mask Kit” is a set of knitted jersey fabric and paper pattern that allows you to make 4 masks. The size of the pattern can be selected, and the instructions for easy fabric cutting and sewing are also enclosed. A wide variety of colors including white, gray, and wine. <\/p>\n

Those masks do not have a pollen block or virus intrusion prevention function, but they can be overlaid with a commercially available mask. The high heat retention of silk prevents it from drying and static electricity and is also effective against UV rays. A stress-free mask that is smooth and soft to the touch.
